SUNSHINE COAST TENNIS GREEN BALL LEAGUE SATURDAY

The Green Ball League is the perfect next step for young players aged 9–10 who are ready to move from modified courts to full-size competition. Part of the Tennis Australia Hot Shots pathway, the Green Ball stage uses a low-compression ball with 75% pressure — making it easier to rally, build technique, and develop real match confidence before progressing to yellow ball tennis.

Every Saturday, juniors from clubs across the Sunshine Coast come together to compete in team-based fixtures in a fun and encouraging environment. Players compete in 2-player teams, with each fixture including one singles match and two doubles matches — giving kids the chance to experience both individual competition and the excitement of playing for their club.

The Green Ball League is where young players build friendships, discover their love for the game, and take their first meaningful steps into competitive tennis.
