Season 02 2026
Seasons
There will now be only 2 seasons per year for both Juniors and Adults.
Juniors - A season will run for 13 weeks for a North & South Division comp with a Quarter Final, Semi and Final. If there is a Division with a combined Comp, that division will run for 14 weeks, Plus Semis and the Final.
Season 2 for Juniors will commence Friday the 17th of July and Saturday the 18th of July with Semis on the 6th November and Finals on the 13th November. There will be no matches on the 25th September or the 2 October due the School Holidays.
Adults - Season 2 will commence Monday the 13th of July and run for 14 weeks with a Semis and Finals. Monday the 5th of October is a Public Holiday, so no matches will be played that night. 21 & 28 September are the school holidays, so no matches will be played on those dates. The 9th of november will be Semis and the 16th will be the Final.
Nominations will be open from Monday the 11th of May for Both Juniors and Adults. Nominations will close on the 15th of June.
Start Times
Juniors - will start at 5.15pm sharp. Court access will be available from 5pm for warm-up.
Adults - will start at 7:15pm sharp. Court access will be available from 7pm for warm-up.
Costs
The cost to a Junior player each week will be $17.50 for the regular season. This can be invoiced by the Club to the Players at the start of each season. Payment is to be made on the night for Quarters, Semis and Finals to the host venue.
Adults' prices will stay the same.
Registration Fee
The registration Fee will be $100 per Team. This is for Both Adults and Juniors. This will hopefully incentivise the Juniors to look at 3 player teams with the seasons being longer.
Tennis ID
ALL Players must have a Tennis ID and UTR Player Profile prior to starting the season. Teams cannot be entered without this.
Divisions
There will be no Prem Reserve. Divisions will be 1-8 or 9 etc. We are looking at a way to tie in the Higher division with the Adults to have a connection and pathway. Grading will be based on UTR and Prior Match Results for the start of each season. For example Div 1 could be based on a UTR 5+.
Fill-ins
Fill-ins are required to have a Tennis ID and UTR Player Profile. This is now a much easier process and only takes a few minutes. A team requiring a fill-in to play that doesn't have a Tennis ID must register, no longer than a week after playing the match. If they don't the team will forfeit those matches the Fill-in has played.
A player from a higher division can also play down as long as their UTR is lower than the person they're filling in for.
Wet Weather
If a match is washed out it is up to the club if they provide credit to the players towards the following season's invoice.
For any wet weather for the Finals period we have spare weeks to complete those matches. We want those teams to be able to play the semis and Finals and have a presentation.
Who is Responsible for the Scores
The Captains of each team MUST take a photo of the scoresheets. They are to be handed into the Host Venue who have to input the scores on Leagues Manager that night. There have been too many scores lost in the past and not entered, this includes washouts and forfeits.
Shirts
Your Teams must have a fixtures Club Shirt which is to be worn on the night. Fill-ins, if they don't have a shirt, they can either get a spare one from the club or wear a shirt the same colour as a once off.
